How do I pay for my medications?
We accept Bitcoins and credit card payments. We offer Wire transfer services as well and you get 5% discount as additional saving and to cover your wire transfer charges. What should I do when get notification of declined payment?
Sometimes payments get blocked by the credit card company because they did not recognize the charge came through overseas. You can coordinate with your credit card representative to approve the charge coming through, and then it will be reprocessed for order payment.
In other case, you can opt for different credit/debit card to process your payment for the ordered medicine. You can also use other available payment options and can ask details from Good Health Online Pharmacy’s customer service representative.
Do I have to pay Custom Charges to release my medicine parcel?
Some country may charge duty fee on the import of shipment by as per their own country rules on import of products. This is the responsibility of the customer to pay such charges and release parcels as advised by officials as we do not have any control or any role over the custom process.
